Worst room ever but u can't beat the price and ease of making reservations. Other thstn that a solid1.3 stars

The manager is very rude, I had to ask for my deposit back, he almost let me leave without it. There was literally a mouse in my room. I was the only person who had to go to a different room because of so called maintenance but I witnessed others being checked in. I believe because he realized I was transgender male due to my gender marker not being legally changed. This place needs to be demolished honestly.

There was no one at the front desk to check in and i did not stay there but still got charged. No way to cancel do not pay in advance

The people who worked there was very rude, the room was extremely dirty, overall it was a bad experience and I’ll never book there again

I want my money back! The room only had freezing cold water and I could not shower! It also has a terrible heater. I asked for my money back but was denied. They said the water was because of the cold, but it was only 20 degrees or so. Winters are cold in St. Louis, so this is no excuse. There are a lot of poor folks staying in this motel. They deserve warm water! I was told by the lady working that she was not responsible for anything.
