Fabulous!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The front desk staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are super clean and have the feeling of home. The shower and sink area are nice and big. I enjoyed the coffee maker and fridge in the room. The bed was also very comfortable.
When back in the area I will stay here again. This is an excellent choice!

it was a fine quick stay but disappointed we picked this hotel due to its indoor pool and we had no prior notification that the pool would be closed.

Asner. P and Team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Asner.P and team are amazing, caring and always willing to help to make your stay as good as it is everytime!!! Highly recommend staying here!!! We’ve stayed at multiple times over the last 4 years and always satisfied with our stay and only once had an issue with noise from loud, non respectful patrons and the manager made it right!

Staff is dishonest

Staff is completely dishonest. Texted on the app and staff said they pre-booked me on a high floor. I arrived and they gave me the 2nd floor. They clearly lied to me and made no attempt to pre-book me as they stated. In other words, they have no respect for loyalty (Im a titanium member) and they will lie right to you. STAY AWAY.

Great Stay in Secaucus!

Stayed here with Family. Great view of the city, plenty of shopping all around and food choices. Great hotel, very friendly staff, clean and great price. Aloft has a bar with pretty good cocktails. Fausto the Bartender was very professional and pleasant. It was a really good stay.
