AMIR and CAM- The housekeeping staff! Clean room and even better personalities

Amir in sales and Cam the front desk supervisor. Amazing! They embody the meaning of service and created an experience that was refreshing! Great hotel! The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Housekeeping staff was friendly and very polite. Anything I needed they provided with a smile.

Very good rooms and have a nice sleep and very cool atmosphere having delicious breakfast in morning, all the staff is very cooperative and good welcoming during entire stay, I always to preferer stay in Hyatt place because its near to the airport and my workstation.

The staff and employees were phenomenal. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was so-so. Hard boiled eggs were just sitting on the counter top and not on ice or refrigerated. The water in my shower (room 502) would not get hot. I let it run for quite awhile and it never got hot.

Like a few others have stated, this place was great. The service was the best part. Great staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However...the shower was one of the worst I've had in a hotel. The water pressure was terrible, and we had enough hot water for one single shower. I didn't think making a decision about a future stay would ever come down to the shower, but I'm afraid that in this case, if I were to come back, I'd pick a different hotel just because of that.

Not the best and below Hyatt Standards

Worn out room, below average breakfast, and pool closed. My kids spring break we check in and look for the pool just to find out it is closed for repairs. It looked ready to swim in but we had to go across the street and use another pool. Room was in ruff shape with broken light fixtures and patched holes.
