Very friendly and updated nice lobby. We added the sit down breakfast- there was a lot of food, none of us could finish. Very clean room. Sink drain was slow and we told them on the way out. Great stay. Shuttle to the airport.

While the hotel room was clean, bed comfortable, pantry on 12th floor a nice surprise, the open "courtyard" design isn't conducive to quiet if there are people enjoying the space. Not sure if the sound reduces on the upper floors as I was on 3rd. and sitting area on 2nd. Other than that, it was fine for an overnight stay.

Overall stay was not good. The only good points of this trip was the person who checked us in. All other front desk staff were rude and gave attitude. We called the front desk three times during the trip because we needed extra linen and towels. The first time we got someone but they never came up with anything. The other times we didn’t get anyone or they hung up on us. When we asked them for toilet paper because they only gave us one when we got there the front desk gave my wife attitude. It says it’s a four star hotel but the only thing that was 4 stars was the lobby. Every other part of the experience was 1 star to say the least. This was the worst experience from a hotel that I have had. It felt more like a motel stay not a four star hotel stay.

First night I had no heat in my room. They had to change my room. The second room I was in had towels that felt like sand paper and one towel had dried up blood stains and the other had brown spots. I ate the restaurant and my salmon was raw and the glass that my drink was in had pulp from previous drink stuck to the glass. I wish I took pics. The room was too expensive to have had to deal with this mess.

Had to switch to 3 rooms because one room tub was dirty. Second room the bed had hair and tub was filling up while I was showering.
3rd room water was luke warm. It was a Marriott experiment I’m use to.
