فندق صغير رائع

فقط كان هناك للنوم قبل العودة إلى الطريق. كان الفندق نظيفًا وهادئًا ومريحًا! سيدة الليل كانت لطيفة وحصلت على تسجيل وصولنا بسرعة!

قيمة رائعة!

في هذه الحالة ستحصل على أكثر من ما تدفع ثمنه. لقد دفعنا 100$ في الليلة الواحدة. مرفق قديم في الجزء الأقدم من المدينة ولكن مجدد مؤخرا. الغرف نظيفة وحمام. هادئة. لقد شعرت بالأمان التام. الإفطار الكامل، على الرغم من عدم الجزء العلوي من الخط ملائم جداً. ذو موقع ملائم بالقرب من الطريق السريع إلى مدينة ملاهي ديزني لاند وحديقة نوتس بيري فارم. نحن بالتأكيد أرغب في الإقامة هنا مرة أخرى.

والشراشف القذرة/لا يوجد فريق عمل ودود

أقمنا في غرفة مع سريرين، سرير واحد كانت قذرة ومقرفة وجدنا عدة الدم المكان. فريق عمل مكتب الاستقبال ودود لا فظ جدا شخص. أقمنا في فندق Best Western Hotel ولكن لم يكن لدينا هذا النوع من التجربة.

We apologize for the situation you encountered. The hotels' policy on check outs is to remove all bed sheets, wash them. After washing sheets if they still have stains they are to throw them away and put new sheets in room. I want you to know that this incident does not reflect the clean hotel reputation that we have. You can verify our outstanding reviews to see how satisfied guests are with our cleanliness.
When you notified us of the situation I was involved and so were two other employees. I feel at no time was anyone rude or unfriendly to you. We asked you standard question so that we could see the situation as a whole, for instance if both beds were wrong and which of the two beds did you find wrong. The housekeepers were called and asked who cleaned the room and why would the sheet look as it did. I offered you 50% off your room and asked if you were satisfied with compensation and you replied yes.
Once again we apologize for your experience and will take proper steps to make sure this one incident does not happen again.

Nice and simple hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Plenty of free parking and dining options. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when we are in town

Their front desk staff is ineffective and so is the General manager

Stayed here April 19-21. My colleague and I told the front desk agent at check in that we wanted to split the cost down the middle and we each provided our credit cards. I received a notice on my Amex of that charge on April 20. On April 22 I received another notice stating that I was charged. Surely it was a mistake so I didn’t check my statement until April 26 and yes indeed I was charged for the full amount via 2 transactions and my colleague not charged at all. Called the hotel on the 27th and was told the manager would have to handle this and he would not be in until 8am on the 28th and he would contact me. Well no response so I called a bit after noon and he hasn’t even attempted to correct anything. So I asked him to handle it and he could call me back after 330. I had some time at 320 so i called and his “solution” is to just get the cash from my colleague. That’s not my responsibility or what we had agreed to at check in. If he wanted to give me cash he would have done so April 19. He wanted his card charged as his family pays his credit card bill. Cash would mean he’s paying me out of his pocket. As a diamond select member I’m appalled at the low level of service. I didn’t even get welcome check in goody bag or acknowledgement of the status and now being treated this poorly and expecting me to fix a mistake their front desk agent made?!

The room was split in half as requested, the front desk agent who checked you in charged two different cards of yours. I do not know how she was given two of your cards. I have no record in our system of your colleague's credit card. After calling your colleague, he is unwilling to give me his credit card number over the phone to charge him half the room that you two had prearranged. He told me that he will just pay you the amount directly. There is a reasonable way to fix this but it sounds like you are just trying to get a free room by the comments you told me. We'd appreciate it if you and your colleague do not stay at this location again.
