Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to review your most recent stay with us. I want to apologize about your inconvenience about the noisy neighbors. With our suites being larger than a typical hotel room we tend to attract a lot of the traveling families and maybe this was one that you heard. Our staff will always try to make it right for the guest and upon further review of your stay details the hotel simply did not have enough inventory to make the move to a closer suite accommodating. Please feel free to contact myself directly if you are ever back in the Milford area and I can try my best to put you in a calm and quite location in the property.

I want to first apologize about the property treadmill currently being down. I understand how this can be frustrating to any guest that wants to get a run in even with the complimentary gym access to the planet fitness up the road. We have already addressed the issue and should be working by the end of week. I am glad to hear that you have been taking advantage of our complimentary AM and PM socials that is offered here at the hotel. This can be a great amenity to any traveling guest that does not have the time to be able to go out and get themselves a bite to eat! With all of our suites including a full size kitchenette, living area, and bed and bath, we are most certainly built to accommodate the traveling family! Our location next to the freeway and maker traveling to our location stress free. We hope to see you again in the near future!
