Hotel was very clean & the staff was very nice and accommodating. I was there for a wedding and needed to check in early to get dressed after a 3 1/2 hour drive and they said it was no problem..

Hotel was decent - we found mattresses to be uncomfortable & pillows were WORSE - hard & overstuffed - unable to fluff etc. sore neck the next morning 👎

Great location between Petosky and Bay Harbor. Only a short drive to Harbor Springs. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if your staying in the Petosky area.

Checking in the guy at the service desk was short and rude, get into our room to find cockroaches crawling on our bed. Went downstairs to request a refund and they denied us a refund and the lady was very rude and could careless. Looks nice from the outside but that is the only thing its got going for the place. Would not recommend staying to many other places to stay.

Location between Petoskey and Charlevoix made it a reasonably priced location for both. It is on a busy highway and nothing to walk to as far as restaurants, stores, beach so drive to everything but if you are budget minded it was good.
