We are used to the fact that the hotels in USA are usually in poor condition. This one was a positive surprise. Large, well furnished, clean, nice rooms. Friendly staff. Small pool on the roof with nice views on the Strip. There was no casino in the hotel, so it was quite and safe. It is situated in a walking distance from Westgate monorail station and Strip. Bus 108 will take you directly to the airport. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was only slightly better than in budget motels. Mos of the guests needed to use paper/plastic plates, forks and knives and cups. Is ceramics a luxury that we don’t deserve? The selection of food was moderate, mostly junk food such as waffles and cereal. The scrambled eggs were very dry - rather untasty.

Meh. Not great, not bad. Like any other Springhill Suite.

OK hotel that needs an update. This hotel is not close enough to the strip to walk but would work if you need to be near the convention center or the Westgate hotel. The rooms are nice but could use some TLC. The sofa is not very comfortable probably because it pulls out to be a sofa beed. The chair is not much better. I found the pay to park very annoying. The breakfast was typical. The rooms are smaller and I could hear the noise in the halls loud and clear. On the plus side there is free laundry on the top floor.

not the best

not bad but certainly not great. a bit dated hotel; needs update.
room has everything but nothing. no good chair to watch TV.
chair at desk ok for laptop. bit pullout sofa for xtra bed that i didn't need, but it's lousy for just sitting on. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Las Vegas - A great exprience !

It was an excellent stay ! All the family enjoyed :-) The view from the rooftop pool is amazing ! You can do your laundry for free, and the breakfast that is included with the room is delicious ! I recommend ! Just a few minutes from the monorail so you can enjoy all of Vegas !

Excellent Customer Service

I spent the night on 4/15/25 after a long weekend in CA. I washed my laundry and somehow forgot an entire load in one of the washers. I called the front desk in a panic and Reena verified they were still there and walked me through the process for setting up a fedex pick up. She ensured the clothes were boxed up and ready for the pick up. She went above and beyond to help me get my things back. I would absolutely stay there again knowing that she took the time to help me even after my stay.
