#1 resort on Hilton Head Island

The entire resort experience is always amazing. My massage with Alina was the best massage I have ever had. Christine, The Spa Manager is the kindest person. Everyone has been here such a long time and you can tell how much they love their job. So great to experience such hospitality. Last but certainly not least, Sarah Hubbard in management is always on point with making our stay memorable…. Which is why we come back.

Great atmosphere and customer service!

We had an excellent stay during Spring Break. The pool and food were excellent.
The customer service from Anais was top tier. She was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. We had a wonderful view from our room and could hear the ocean waves crashing from our balcony in the evenings.

Sanitary and crew made our week!

Sanitary and the crew at Blue and around the pool were beyond amazing! Always friendly, quick, and on point. They remembered us from day to day and between the pool and the restaurant, which was amazing considering the number of guests! They are the reason why we will be returning to this hotel over all the others!

Excellent Pool side service

We had pool side service by Sanika she was very kind and attentive. Helped with every need we had. I was very thankful that she helped us with getting our food for pool side service. Thank you very much for helping us Sanika! We are all very thankful.

Very Professional, beautiful hotel!

Mandao was the best! He instructed us on travel to The Heritage Classic and parking and unpacking our luggage. The hotel was beautiful with excellent service. Our oceanfront room had stunning views of the of incredible sunsets and dolphin! We can’t say enough about how courtesy and attentive staff members were to us as well as other guests! We look forward to returning next season!
