أوصي بشدة بالإقامة هنا! كانت غرفتي بإطلالة رائعة، وكانت نظيفة للغاية، وقدم خدمات رائعة. ويحيط بهذا الفندق العديد من المطاعم والمنشآت في قلب وسط المدينة. كان فريق العمل غاية في الود لتلبية إحتياجاتي.

لقد شعرت بالمتعة والإثارة عند تسجيل الوصول إلى هذا الفندق، وكانت الردهة جميلة والغرفة تبدو رائعة، وكانت ميسورة التكلفة. كل شيء كان جيدًا في الليلة الأولى، ولكن استيقظت على وجبة خفيفة في الليل الثاني. بحثنا لمدة 20 دقيقة وجدنا حشرات سرير واحدة. ولم يسبق لي تجربتهم من قبل، لذا قم بنزف السرير بنفسي وطلبت من صانعي المنزل تغيير الأغطية. وعندما حاولت النوم في الليل التالي، استيقظت مرة أخرى من خلال تناول وجبة خفيفة متعددة. وعندما أقطعت الأضواء، وجدت العديد من حيوانات الأسرة وهي تتجول حولها، كما تمكنت من جمع بعضها في فنجان القهوة التي يمكن إستخدامها يدويًا لإظهار مكتب الاستقبال. وعندما أبلغتُ/ظهرتُ خدمة الكونسيرج، لم يُعرض عليّ سوى وجبة إفطار مجانية أو إثبات تفويض في موقف السيارات لمدة ليلة واحدة. رفضتُ ذلك وأُخبرتُ أن شخصًا ما سيواصل التواصل معه قبل السداد. ولم يتواصل مع أحد، لذا عندما ذهبتُ قبل أن أغادر، سألتُ مسؤول خدمة الكونسيرج (مضيفًا مختلفًا عن سابقه) إذا كانت هناك تحديثات. وقد أخبرني أنه ولا أحد آخر في النوبة على علم بهذه المشكلة. أوصتني بإرسال بلاغ عن الحادث وسوف يتواصل معك أحد. لقد مضت شهرًا ولم يتواصل معهم أحد. ولم يتم استرداد أي مبالغ مدفوعة أيضًا.

1 . لقد سقط غطاء قفل الباب 10 مرات.
2 . فريق عمل رائع.
3 . لقد انتهى بتقنية قفل الباب، وهو ما جعلني أخرج من الغرفة لمدة 30 دقيقة.
4 . وقد حصلت المصابيح الليلية على مصابيح سيئة أو مصابيح كهربائية قصيرة — استمتعت به. . لم يتم إصلاحها مطلقًا.
5 . إن ضغط الماء في الحمام يقلّل بشدة.
6 . الإضاءة في الحمام ليست مشرقة للغاية؛ فالنساء سيكرهن ذلك بسبب التزيين.
7 . وأرضيات المصعد قذرة طوال أيام الإقامة الثلاث، ولم يتم تنظيفها مطلقًا.
8 . فمضيفة منزلية شابة في الطابق الثاني والعشرين لطيفة للغاية ومتعاونة للغاية، ولكنها لا يمكنها الكشف عن أي لغة إنجليزية.
9 . عشاء مُرتبك يقدم الموقع.

كان لا بأس

الإيجابيات: موقع رائع (مطاعم فاخرة وقاعة طعام ملحقة بالفندق)، كان الموظفون لطيفين على الهاتف عندما كنت بحاجة إلى إجراء تغيير في حجزي
