Excellent customer service and great room and location.

Great customer service. Just checked in and very simple process. Excellent customer service from Abdul throughout. Parked up and security were wandering around the car park which is reassuring. Very comfortable and quiet room (facing the runway as requested). Thus far, very impressed.

Excellent service and customer satisfaction

Excellent service and very professional. My family loves this hotel and we always stop here anytime we are going through London Heathrow. Cris from the social happy hour on July second was very professional and helpful. Please keep this up

My new favorite hotel for Heathrow!

Why? More space, and that makes a difference. I could compare it with the Hyatt Place nearby. I would say three times as much space, plus a kitchenette with microwave/grill (I need to learn how to use the grill). There is an M&S when you leave terminals 3 or 5, and it means that you can have a hot meal in your own room. I also found that they include a breakfast with nice fresh croissants, and they have a machine available that dispenses espresso and other quality beverages all day long. All together, there is a qualitative difference with all other hotels (many) I have stayed in near Heathrow for many years.

Great place and location.

Navjot and her colleagues were very hospitable and caring when we had breakfast. The housekeeping service was very good.
