موقع مثالي، وفندق جميل
الموقع: مثالي. وفي المدينة القديمة، يمكنك السير 5 دقائق إلى جميع المواقع الرئيسية، بما في ذلك المسرح الروماني والكاتدرائية والقصبة. 10 دقائق إلى البحر.
فندق: ديكورات استثنائية ومبهجة تم بناؤها على أطلال قصر روما. أرضية زجاجية في غرفة الإفطار مع الأورك والأسس الأصلية تظهر أدناه.
الغرفة: نظيف بشكل مثالي. حمام خاص بحمام رخامي. غرفة V بسرير ملكي مريح. تكييف هواء فعال. هادئ.
الإفطار: جودة ممتازة، يتم طهيها سريعًا حسب الطلب، وتم تقديمها بشكل فني من جانب النادل المطعم المطعم المبهج. جميع عصائر البرتقال طازجة. خيار جيد، بما في ذلك الفواكه الطازجة وفطائر البانكيك وموسيلي والزبادي اليوناني والبيض وغير ذلك.

حجزتُ هذا الفندق من خلال Booking.com، وقمتُ على الفور بالخصم من بطاقتي الائتمانية بقيمة كاملة من 660 يورو، على الرغم من أنني اخترتُ خيار "الدفع لاحقًا"، وكان هناك إلغاء مجاني متاحًا حتى تاريخ معين في سبتمبر. ألغيتُ لأنني عثرتُ على موقع أفضل. تم فرض الرسوم على بطاقتي الائتمانية في 10 يوليو، وقد ألغيتُ في شارع 21 يوليو. وفقًا للحجز، كان يتعين رد المبلغ المدفوع في غضون 12 يومًا. حتى يومنا هذا، لم أتلقَ المبلغ الذي دفعتُه، وعلى الرغم من محاولات عديدة للتواصل مع المنشأة، لم أتلقَ ردًا. لا تحجز هنا!

Shame.
When we arrive at the hotel and before taking the car to the nearby car park without telling me on the reservation that you can not drive along that street for possible violation the boy who makes the entrance to the hotel tells us to give us the license plate of our car since sometimes they fine the hotel customers and they solve it after 4 I get a fine I try to talk to the hotel staff and even melo solve on top of me hang up the phone do not have shame faces I recommend not choose this establishment.....

Would not recommend to a friend
Already the entrance of the hotel does not make a good impression, the spaces are narrow, confusing and messy, with a strong smell of cooked food, the reception is in a room not well indicated. Positive only the centrality of the hotel, the presence of the kettle in the room and the discount on parking, but the room did not satisfy me, stone walls and dark wood furniture with a very high bed from which it is tiring to get on and off; large velvet curtains along the entire length of a wall that raise brightness to the environment and collect only large amounts of dust; non-existent soundproofing even with the windows closed, it is like sleeping in the street; discreet cleaning but do not know the use of limestone given the condition of the bathroom taps, not to mention the large bathtub placed in the room, too close to the bed, which I did not understand the utility. I was supposed to stay there only two days, but I couldn't resist any longer, I struggle to understand the four-star rating.

I want and I can't
The accommodation is very well located and the facilities are curious, with decor that evokes glamourous times. It is a shame that they do not take care of the details to make the stay a wonderful experience. They are details, but they are so many that they are mining which at first glance seems a very good thing for you to fall to mediocre scores and stay in a want and can not.
We were in room 101, a spacious room and overlooking the street. Well soundproofed and with 2 balconies. At the entrance a stall and the TV, turning right, in the middle of what is the hallway, a bathtub and another stall. To the bed, very good and large but without television, so if you want to watch TV you have to do it sitting at the entrance of the room, absurd.
The tables are fully occupied by huge lamps, there is no room even to put the mobile. One of the lights on the table just went off unplugged directly. You should turn the lighting in the room there is only one rail from which hang several spotlights that illuminate the areas of the room, but you can only light everything or go dark, unless the tables are lit, there is no middle ground.
The bathroom, small but enough, with a good shower. They should check the cleaning, the shower is full of lime, scratching I could remove a little, so it's a lack of leave. Nor did I understand that it had a table-top magnifying mirror and not hung, since the way it is is useless, it only takes place.
The overall cleanliness of the room is poor and considering how the cleaning cart was carrying the girl who was in charge of it, no wonder.
Excellence is achieved with details: replenishing the coffee maker is not only putting clean cups.
Would you return to this hotel in Malaga? Most likely I would look for other options, since it was not cheap at all
