Escape the rat race

Wonderful accommodation with splendid views. Rooms are very spacious. Fully fitted kitchen, Dining and lounge area with an outdoor dinning and Braai area.
Unit had a splash pool. Well Maintained facility. Lots of activities within the Resort and nearby

Road trip with my besties!

Beautiful part of the country. Adequate accommodation. Peaceful setting. Relaxing atmosphere. There is a Day Spa, a convenience store, restaurant and bar, and numerous fun facilities for entertaining the entire family. Unfortunately, the beach area was being furbished when we visited.

Christmas Day and my mom birthday celebration

Thanx Cayley resort celebrated my mom birthday in a very good way.
The stuff so friendly, restaurant manager and the resort as whole sooooo beautiful.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. I decided to stay here for one night on a return trip from Johannesburg to see if this would be a nice location for a future family holiday. I was left disappointed due to the state of the facilities in the Cayley Beach club. The facilities are run down and some of the activities don’t work. I did highlight this to the reception desk on check out and asked if they could let me know if this is something they would address as I think it has the potential to be fantastic. Two weeks have passed and I have had no feedback. I received an email about a week after staying here asking for my experience and I highlighted the same to try ensure these issues are addressed with sadly absolutely no feedback. This is a case of no maintenance being done and if this continues I suspect it will only get worse. If you don’t have kids or the Breach club facilities are not of interested and you are self catering I can recommend.

So disappointing. The service is terrible, and the ladies at reception are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.

We checked in a few days ago. After paying for a private villa, we were given a villa that had access to other guests. When I enquired at reception, I was told that there is no difference between a villa and a chalet (yet there is a huge price difference). The receptionist also told me that the manager will call me, and I’m still waiting. There are no proper hiking or walking trails. The villa had so many flies, the pool area poorly maintained, and the beach area is really disappointing. There is no value for the rate paid. Rather go to Champagne Castle, or Drakensburg Sun. Apart from the view, there is nothing special about this place. So disappointing
