Wonderful hotel!
My colleague and I came on a business trip to Vladivostok for a couple of days and were delighted! New hotel, comfortable rooms with various electrical appliances. In few places I have seen an iron and ironing board or automatic curtains in the rooms. Attentive and responsive staff responded quickly to any requests. Delicious and nutritious breakfast! I also managed to try the dishes in the restaurant, a chic place. Fresh seafood, delicious eggplant with crab. Overall, I had only positive emotions from staying at this hotel.

Excellent hotel
I went with friends to Vladivostok for a couple of days, we chose this hotel because we only recently learned about it. The hotel is completely new, clean, comfortable. I liked that there was a large TV, a cool hairdryer and slippers.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor, we ordered food to our room. The girls at the reception were very responsive, helped and answered all questions. I really liked the hotel, I will come back again!

Excellent hotel!
Overall a great new hotel. I can definitely recommend it.
Relatively close to the center.
Rooms:
They are well equipped, there is a kettle, a coffee machine with unlimited coffee, a comfortable bed and pillows, a good bathroom, a work desk, and fast Wi-Fi.
Living for a week in such a room is as comfortable as possible.
The view of the bay is stunning.
BUT! Don’t take the “view of the hill”, there will be a view of a mountain of garbage and construction. I'll attach a photo.
Breakfasts.
Sufficiently varied, cook the eggs. Greens and vegetables are not always clean and fresh. Not a bad coffee filter. There is some fruit. But! Constantly spoiled peas, followed by terrible heartburn.
Service.
Needs improvement. If rooms are available, provide the opportunity for free early (at least 1-2 hours earlier) check-in, especially after overnight flights. This will not cost the hotel anything, but guest loyalty will be increased. The girls at the reception are nice, but a little inexperienced.
There were also problems with booking through Yandex travel. Friends were unable to book and went to another hotel.

The hotel management has no respect for the convenience of the guests
HOW WE LIVED WITHOUT CONVENIENCE. We planned a 2.5-day vacation in Vladivostok, of which we booked 2 nights at the TFL hotel. The choice was made taking into account the fact that the hotel was new, had a fairly convenient location and there was a 20% discount, apparently taking into account the non-tourist season.
We checked in on 02.22.24 in two rooms, payment was made immediately for 2 nights. The hotel is modern, beautiful, the rooms are small but cozy, high-quality hygiene kits in the rooms, breakfast. We stayed in basic rooms and, accordingly, the view from the window was not very good (a hill with transformer booths and garbage in places), but we didn’t have much hope for the view from the window, taking into account the fact that we needed a place where we could spend the night comfortably and cleanly and wash.
Immediately on the day of check-in, the water (both hot and cold) was turned off in the evening. We immediately notified the hotel staff about this, and only after that they gave us bottles of water to wash our hands and wash ourselves, but they didn’t give us technical water, saying that they might give us water soon. According to the workers, there was an emergency water outage in the area (in fact, we could not verify this; perhaps there were circumstances only in relation to this building). We left the hotel and upon arrival we were told that the city authorities promised to provide water at 4 am. I had to go to bed with minimal comfort, without simply washing myself or going to the toilet properly.
In the morning, unfortunately, they didn’t give me any water, so I had to wash my face again using bottles. Breakfast was organized as stated, but in the toilet in the restaurant there were unflushed bowel movements, etc. We went to another place to wash ourselves. Workers warned that water was already starting to be turned on in the area and that it would be available by 2 p.m. Outside the hotel, we asked via WhatsApp about the water supply, but it turned out they still hadn’t provided it. That is, there was NO action from the hotel to notify guests about the current situation - they only answered our questions. There was no information that water had not yet been provided, or possible solutions to the problem (the possibility of a refund, leaving if we do not agree to the inconvenient accommodation). Upon arrival, we offered (with the hope that water would be provided today) the possibility of compensation for accommodation that did not meet the stated requirements. A response was received from the hotel management through the reception about the possibility of a refund for the second night and check-out now or stay for 2 paid nights with incomprehensible amenities - without the ability to go to the shower or go to the toilet properly. That is, we were offered to evict, while pretending that they were making concessions to us - they were not taking money for a late eviction. We were outraged by such a dismissive attitude. I was outraged that the hotel management said that you already purchased accommodation with a stated 20% discount. In response to our indignation that a 20% discount does not imply a lack of hygienic amenities, we were offered a 10% discount (that’s literally 300 rubles - like a cup of coffee). As a result, we had to quickly look for another hotel and leave. One of the two days of rest was ruined.
And, the bottom line, LACK OF ELEMENTARY CONVENIENCE (shower, toilet), disdainful attitude towards guests from the hotel management, lack of an action plan in an emergency situation and ruined the holiday of 5 people.
We did not receive an apology from the hotel; the young man at the reception tried to apologize.
Overall, we would be happy to stay there again, but the disdainful attitude towards the amenities of the guests is alarming.

Wonderful hotel!
The hotel is wonderful! The pearl of Vladivostok! Every detail has been thought out for a very reasonable price. The reception administrators are a little incompetent, but I’m sure they will catch up! Everything else is perfect! The view of the hill on our holiday dates was disappointing, there is construction work going on there, please check the details when booking!
