Hotel correct for the area

Hotel quite new, modern, good bedding,
good restaurant, hearty, tasty meal and quick service
Excellent cocktails.
Decent breakfast.
No doubt the best you can find in Kolo, but don't expect luxury...

Visit to hotel Mazurek

Have been at this hotel a week for a business trip. Nice room with small kitchen to make your own coffee. Nice spacious bathroom. Very good restaurant with a not very large menu but with fine dishes and well prepared. Breakfast is generous and good. Very friendly and helpful staff. In short, highly recommended.

My son and I stayed in a double room for 1 night. And it was a truly terrible night! We both got up with back pain. The beds were unbelievably hard and so narrow that even a slim person could not easily turn from side to side. The pillow is as hard as a rock, narrow and high. I don't sleep all night because of it, my son slept for a few hours. The seats were also terribly hard, so you couldn't stay in them until the morning. Suspicious outsiders are allowed into the hotel: at 8 a.m. there was a banging on the door. Some suspicious person from outside was attacking us; he couldn't say for what purpose. The unsympathetic and arrogant receptionist did not react in any way to my comments, she dismissed them in an ironic way. She did not demonstrate basic customer orientation.
The room decor is gloomy and unfriendly. The price is absolutely not adequate to the standard offered.
I definitely recommend this unfriendly and uncomfortable place to everyone!!! If anyone has a choice, I definitely warn against this terrible place (even though it looks quite good from the outside)

Family gathering

Horrible experience which didn’t even happen as Manager lied to me and cancelled our party, didn’t want to pick up her phone after it. Total lack of respect for a customer and completely unprofessional. Highly not recommend.

New hotel in Kolo

We are recently returned from Poland and stayed in this hotel . The facilities were very good and the staff very helpful. The dining room is quite small but the service excellent. I recommend the scrambled eggs they were freshly prepared. We used their laundry facilities handing clothes in and having them returned the following day. Although Kolo isn’t a destination in itself there are many very interesting places within easy travelling distance eg Chopin’s home.
