إقامة رائعة

جودة مذهلة للغاية للإقامة وقيمة رائعة مقابل المال. تصميم ذكي للغرف (يعشق باب الحمام الذي يضاهي شاشة الدش)، ويعشق الجمال. كان سيكون الأمر سهلاً بخمسة نجوم بخلاف خدمة الإفطار التي كانت تواجه مشكلات في التوريد. إنها فكرة رائعة لتناول بوفيه، غير أن معظم الخبز والمعجنات لم تكن موجودة منذ زمن بعيد، وأنتظرتُ 20 دقيقة لتناول القهوة المفلترة وأسقطتُ في النهاية. ومع ذلك، فإنني متأكد من أن هذا المطعم لا يقتصر على الإثارة، ولن أتردد في العودة إليه واصطحاب المطعم المعتاد إلى الآخرين.

عندما حجزنا هذا الفندق، فقد قمنا بذلك لأننا كنا نسافر كمجموعة من 3 أشخاص، وكان هناك خيارات قليلة في المدينة للاستمتاع بذلك. ونظرًا لكون الفندق حديثًا نسبيًا، لم تكن هناك تعليقات عديدة، لذا فقد شعرت وكأنك أحد محبي القمار. بعد أن أقمت هناك ليلتيْن، لم أتردد في العودة إليها. ويقع الفندق في موقع رائع، ليس بعيدًا جدًا عن محطة القطار، وعلى بعد مسافة قصيرة سيرا من الحانات والمطاعم المحلية. الفندق نفسه عصري للغاية، حيث يتم تسجيل الوصول عبر رمز QR على الرغم من أن فريق العمل كان يقظًا للغاية وساعدنا عندما تعذر علينا العثور على غرفتنا. استمتعنا بالإقامة في غرفة صغيرة كانت غرفة ضيقة إلى حد ما مع 4 أسرّة. وكانت أفراد الأسرة بأنفسهم مريحة للغاية ولم تكن لديهم أي مشكلات في النوم. وتشترك مرافق المرحاض والاستحمام، ولكنها عصرية للغاية (تخيل جودة صالة الألعاب الرياضية الراقية)، وهناك الكثير من المرافق التي لم تواجهنا أي مشكلة في الأوقات الأكثر ازدحامًا. البار جيد الجودة، وعلى الرغم من أننا لم نكن أقمنا لتناول الإفطار، فإنه بدا مذهلاً. موصى به بشدة

This is such a nice hotel to stay no matter you are a business traveler, solo traveler or with a family. The lounge and workspace suit all these types and help you to relaxed! A very central location with walkable distance to the Rotterdam Centraal Station, The Market and the harbour side.
You will be surprised that they have a nice exercise area! Their breakfast is also nice for those who have tight schedule in the morning or simply wanna chill at the lounge.
If you are a person who cares for saving our planet or a design lover, you will love this hotel. USUAL cares about the impact of their building materials and daily products on the environment and do good job in recycling as well. You can tell from their interior design of their entire hotel. And it’s fun to find out how many “U” they hide in all the design details!
Have fun and enjoy your stay there like me!

I arrived at the Hotel in the early morning. However, the hotel was full since it’s Monday (it’s busy during weekends), no room was available for earlier check-in. They have a big locker room, serving for their gym. The locker can fit in my 28inches suitcase.

Excellent hotel, perfect location and a good vibe!

We loved our overnight stay at the Usual Hotel Rotterdam, all beautiful, all clean with trendy design and colors, very much in tune with the times in big cities. I had booked a very judiciously equipped superior room: large very comfortable bed, mini fridge, excellent shower, some nice touches of decoration. Separate toilet (equipped with a fire door a little hard to maneuver).
Large space on the ground floor for breakfast, drink, relax or work (nice individual or group offices available; perfect WiFi everywhere). We even had the surprise to come across a salsa party from a local school. Very nice and unexpected. Buffet breakfast very well with some hot dishes (quiche and a kind of tomato soup with an egg). No meat or fish. We play it vegetarian and organic.
Be careful, check-in is automated (QR code, key programming...). It might confuse those who are uncomfortable with it but staff are present to help.
The location is on a large boulevard but 100 meters from the Witte straat, its restaurants and bars. The Markthal, the classic or more original shops as well as the old port are a few minutes away. So it's great to discover Rotterdam. But no parking. The closest is to avoid, it is very expensive. I recommend the Interparking Lijnbaan at 300 m much more affordable.
In short, an excellent hotel to which we will gladly return during a next visit to Rotterdam especially as the price is very reasonable for the Netherlands!

Catastrophic handling of service under the guise of sustainability. ice-cold, through ventilation according to the room

We were quartered here as a team in the course of the Rotterdam Film Festival. There is no face-to-face interaction, the rooms are freezing, you can't change the temperature. All rooms were extremely noisy due to the ventilation. We stayed four nights and did not get fresh towels or the dung buckets emptied. It's all reduced and very uncomfortable and cool. But the worst was the handling of the staff, who are all insanely disinterested, unfocused and condescending towards older (35-44). We sat in the lobby where Self Service is and ordered something to drink, the waitress dropped the tray—which can happen—and poured prosecco all over our coats, bags and clothes. Her reaction was that she brought us ONE napkin. I got Darlene excited that it needed more than a napkin and asked her to get the coat somehow dry because I have no way to put on anything else dry here. Ten minutes later, her supervisor came to us—we were a team of four people—and said she was kicking me out of the hotel for making the waitress cry. I didn't yell at her or disrespect her in any other way. She gave us all a talk about how the waitress would have been traumatized. She didn't listen for a second or take an interest in an exchange but taught us very unreflectively. It was very uncomfortable. An hour later than we ordered from Self Service, another waitress, who was clearly a friend of the other waitress, treated me so badly. She said I couldn't write anything on the room, even though we've been doing this all day. She insisted that we imagined it. It was very uncomfortable for me to sleep here that last night. Never again. There is no human interaction here, as everything runs digitally and the employees simply have no interest in classic service but do as little as possible and do so under the guise of sustainability. Quasi greenwashing. The location is good.
