This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

Rooms were very small and beds were too hard. Hard to sleep. Hotel is beautiful and food at buffet was excellent. Service charge at bar on top floor was too much $$$ and we didn't know about it as it is in very small print and we should have been told we would be charged that extra fee per person. Staff is excellent and friendly.

The hotel interiors look run down.. It needs upgrading or refurbishment especilly the floor carpet., curtains and furnitures. It does not deserve a 4 star rating.
But on the location it does give gives strategic points as it was located by the sea, shops and din8ng areas. The port tower and surroundings provides an amazing views.

If you visit Kobe, strong recommend to plan one night here. The sea view from the room is magnificent and you feel that you are in a cruise trip.
