We recently stayed at the Hilton, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, our visit fell short of expectations.
First, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, the pillows were flat and lacked support, which only added to the discomfort.
The dining experience was also disappointing. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant's prices were quite high for what was offered, and two out of three of our meals were incorrect when they arrived. The waitress was kind, but the mix-up made our dining experience frustrating.
Overall, we left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed, especially given the Hilton's reputation. While we understand that things don't always go perfectly, we were hoping for a better standard of service and comfort. We would love to give the Hilton another chance in the future, especially if improvements are made. A gesture of goodwill, such as a discount or promotional offer, would certainly encourage us to return and see if our experience was just an off night.
