Nice surprise.

Location located in the center of the Mercure Valley excellent to reach Monte Pollino or even to go to Mare Maratea. Friendly and professional staff, traditional Lucanian foods. Clean and air-conditioned rooms positive experience.

Dishonest!

End of year dinners unimaginable. Paid 85 euros not to eat exactly anything! We are aware that a restaurant is certainly not evaluated in a context of 150 comensali but the quality of the food was really poor and cooked badly. It's not fair to charge 85 euros for a dinner like this! My friends and I got up from the table fasting but I noticed that the other tables also sent the dishes back intact. You should have more respect for your guests.....and also for yourself!

The location of the hotel is great, as it is easy to reach the village and its surroundings. Good breakfast just to review something and even on dinner nothing to say. The only flaw was the room, not very clean and broken shower. For the rest available staff.

I do not recommend the stay

Experience not to be repeated and not to be recommended. Rooms and bathrooms to be renovated. Old and broken furniture. Uncomfortable beds, broken lights and sockets. Bath with alternating hot and cold water, impossible to mix. Window without mosquito net and ceiling of the lower room. The unpleasant smell of mold, in the room did not leave even after long ventilation. Crumbling walls. Cleanliness in general to a minimum. My experience was also found in the rooms of my friends. Meals are decent, but are served by tired and bored, vaguely kind staff. The point where the hotel is located is central, too bad because the structure would have to be completely renovated.

Very comfortable

Comfortable place, very useful as a meeting point and as a base for visiting many nearby villages
The staff is really kind and professional
The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes and also pizzas
We had a really good time
Everything excellent
