We stayed there for a week and had a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always thoughtful about keeping the room clean. The room itself was quite cozy and comfortable, though the toilet bowl had a slight stain. Overall, I’d rate it 9/10. I’ll definitely choose this place again when I return to Batam. Thank you Beverly Team and Trip.com Team.

The room is not sound proof. Can hear ppl talking in the middle of the night from the next room which disrupt my sleep. Made a complaint to the reservation to change room but after they check, the next room stop talking.

Service not bad but the hotel a bit old, not very clean & look yellow colour, is suitable for low cost traveling

The hotel is old and quite dirty. The aircon cannot be adjusted and a bit too cold. No sauna and spa to be found. The location is not bad.
