Nice location, beautiful view, awesome breakfast, but hotel needs upgrade, old carpet, dated tile, mirrors bathroom, tub was too old that felt bouncy,

Itself is very outdated. The faucet in the bathtub was leaking, also the sink faucet was leaking. It must of have been a beautiful hotel in its day. The restaurant is nice. It definitely needs to be renovated. Pronto

Some floors are terrible higher floors are much better
Depresing is how lower floors look like
At check in no matter how much i begged the gentleman refussed to give me another room however next day a girl in the reception was very nice and changed me i was ready to go to another hotel
I expalined that i am staying there at least 3 to 5 nights a month however the first guy didnt care
There are other similarly priced hotel but i love the location of this one a supermarket next door and all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops nearby

The place was great and the front desk was super helpful, I did in fact have an issue with the gentlemen at the front door. They were very quick to respond to our driver with an attitude. Our driver asked if he could station himself in the driveway for a couple of minutes to help us with luggage, and was given a snarky response "will you make it quick" to which I was shocked. Despite there being cars at the end of the driveway blocking the exit for more than 5 minutes. This was so far the only downside to our stay. I do hope they work on their social skills, whether its guests or drivers, we all deserve respect.
