Our room was on the fifth floor, just below the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which stayed open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, the noise from upstairs carried into our room quite clearly, and it sounded like furniture was being moved around constantly. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped us get some sleep since we had an early start the next morning.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel's common areas were luxurious and beautifully designed. However, the room itself could use a bit of a refresh, especially when it comes to surface finishes.
The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Wine. Natassa told me water and the wine would be brought up to the room shortly… The water was never brought to my room… When I inquired about this with the hotel desk, I was told I had to go to the bar and purchase it for $12… The room was filthy. Ants were crawling all around. The bathrobe

Over it. The hallways are repulsive and the carpet is over worn and stained. The pool looks nothing like photos with cheap chairs that are stained from all the bird droppings. In no way is this a five star hotel. This is a absolute dump!
