Fab accommodation!!
Such a lovely apartment—perfect for a short stay. It had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. From booking to check-in and check-out, everything was seamless and hassle-free. Great value for money and truly excellent accommodation.

Very nice rooms with little balcony, bathroom and kitchen, nicely furnished.
Unfortunately the communication about the PIN code on how to access the building and room got ‚blocked‘ by hotel.com and arrived 24 h later. Thankfully the lady still worked… 30 min later she would have been gone.

It is one of those hotels where you go to the room with a code that is sent to you on the day of the trip. In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office . Till they could understand the issue and connect me to someone in Berlin who would connect to the lobby computer through a remote desktop software, I had to wait on the phone for 15 minutes which was very annoying. I got my code to enter the room.After the minutes I went downstairs to have something to eat in the area, then I saw that lobby computer which is in a glass box is turned on with full brightness with my name and code on the screen. Apparently the person working for home has no regard for the safety procedures. I immediately called them again then I had to wait to get routed to Köln. Explained the situation but they did not understand the urgency of the issue and tried to connect with their IT support team but since it was late obviously the support team did not answer.I called them multiple times but with not luck to fix the issue. After 40 minutes I would connect to the guy who gave me my code initially and I could get him to connect again and close the windows on the PC.
The hotel itself is very simple room with an additional kitchen, equipment here is very simple and do not reflect the high rate of the hotel.Also not very clean

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt dort naja. Wir waren im Ipartment Berlin Mitte.
Unsere Zimmer waren sehr staubig, der Staub lag irgendwann auf dem Boden, da alles von der Fensterbank und auch über der Küche runterflog. Leider gibt es bei dem Ipartment keine Parkplätze und man ist gezwungen Parktickets zu ziehen, die teilweise echt in den Geldbeutel gehen.
Auch, hat das Ipartment leider keinen Ofen…. Wir fragen uns wie man 6 Monate (max. Wohnzeit) dort ohne Ofen auskommen soll. Man hatte vor Ort eine kleine Spülmaschine wo große Teller garnicht rein passten. Wir hatten 5 Tage vor Ort & haben 3x Spülmaschinen Tabs bekommen, was schon armselig ist, ebenso wie Mülltüten, wenn man dort echt 3. mal am Tag essen macht muss man viel Geld dort rein stecken genauso wie Toilettenpapier war deutlich zu wenig. Die Mülltüten hatten keinen Hänkel somit ist uns natürlich der ganze Müll auseinander gefallen.
Die Heizung hat durchgehend geheizt trotzdem wir sie ausmachten.
Der Rauchmelder ist über der Küche, dort steht ein Schild man soll aufpassen, da er sehr empfindlich ist und los gehen kann (dann müsste man den Feuerwehr einsatz selber zahlen) man hat Angst dann dort Nudeln kochen.
Also für das Geld nicht so zu empfehlen.
