صلبة، ولكنها تحتاج إلى التحديث
الموقع ممتاز، وقريب من معظم المواقع الرئيسية في برلين، ويتصل بشكل جيد بنظام النقل العام.
جميع الموظفين الذين وصلنا إليهم كانوا يتسمون بالكفاءة والود.
كانت غرفتنا القياسية نظيفة وفعالة، ولكنها تاريخية. ومع ذلك، فقد نجح كل شيء وتم الاعتناء به جيدا. الحمام كان نظيفًا ومقبلاً، ولكنه يحتاج أيضًا إلى التحديث.

Fantastic Anniversary Trip
Let me start by expressing my gratitude to Anja and the entire staff of this hotel. Before our arrival from a long flight with connection from NYC they assured us an early check in and an excellent room upgrade as Diamond members, we also have breakfast included and lounge access with daily happy hours that also included appetizers. We really appreciate the sparkling wine, grapes and chocolates that they left in our room since this was one of the destinations of our anniversary trip. The hotel is in Mitte, very convenient to nearby tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family members, friends and colleagues visiting Berlin.

Feeling like a King
If you are given the Grand King Residence at check-in it will be very difficult not to feel like a King throughout your stay. A room the size of an apartment, a large entrance hall with an open wardrobe opens onto the living room with the sofa and TV. On the left a door separates the small service bathroom. From the living room you can access the large kitchen or the large bedroom. Room connected to the master bathroom with bath and shower. The room is modern and well maintained. Everything works wonderfully and you sleep very well. Also excellent breakfast served with a wide choice of sweet and savory. Fantastic location. Hard to find a smudge.
