A good place to break a journey.

A good place to stay for a night on our way down to the south of France. We booked on an online booking website and were a bit confused when we were sent an email and asked to pay a 25% deposit, as I haven’t done this before. I even telephoned to check that the request was genuine. It was easy enough to do by Paypal and we then received a contract which we had to sign, scan and send back. A bit of a palaver, but worth it in the end. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very generous, including lovely pastries, homemade jam and lovely bread. We were even given the leftovers to take with us. The setting is very peaceful and there is a swimming pool in the garden.

very thoughtful and caring owners

Good location, on way to SW France. Very thoughtful owner - great attention to detail - nice pool & garden - superb bed & ensuite wetroom etc. Nothing was too much trouble - very chilled & welcoming - would highly recommend this place

Perfect B&B, Great Location

Ideally located to break our journey up from Calais to the south of France. Owner was amazing and super accommodating. Room was very nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and the homemade Jam and Honey's were delicious.
Added bonus was that we could relax by the pool before going out for dinner. I would thoroughly recommend and definitely would book and stay again.
Note - Balance payment needs to be made by Cash or Cheque.

Beautiful, simple stay on the outskirts of Montbazon

We stayed here for a night on our bike ride. Our kind host didn't speak a lot of english but we did fine as he was happy to repeat something when we didn't quite undertand him. The room was quite comfortable and he does have a pool and spa if you want. The breakfast is a bounty of local goods and he even allowed us to take a bag to go! Great stay.

Nice stay, friendly host

We stayed for one night and it was very good. The host is very friendly and very helpful.The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good with homemade jams, croissants, pain du chocolate and fruits.
