It was a lovely room. The spa facilities could be better. The menu in the restaurant was good but limited. They charge 20 euros for guests to use the spa facilities. Overall it was an okay experience

I had a conference in the congress center of Prague and had to cross the road to the hotel. It took me two laps to find the entrance of the hotel is located at the ground floor, instead of being at the level of the road. Maybe some signs can be set up there.

I booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool on the top floor. It didn't say anywhere that you had to pay extra for it's use... it was 20E for 2 hours I think... and that was per person. When you get there, it is small (14 m long), pretty cold and definitely not worth the money. The view was great, but there are plenty of other places to get a fab view. There was a steam room and two saunas aswell, but nothing special - definintely not worth this money.
THe breakfast on the other hand was unreal. I would absolutely stay again for the breakfast alone. There was pretty much anything you could think of - English breakfast, beautiful pastries (lots of different types, cereal, toast, cold meats, fruit, porridge, yoghurts etc, etc. If you are staying then pay for the breakfast but not the pool!
The hotel itself was pretty good- clean, tidy, very close to the train so all in all a good stay - I was just cross that i was not told about the extra charge for the pool.

Its was a very nice hotel in swiss montains ...very quiet after just open after winter ...never understand when hotel ask me to be evo friendly and save towels ..then give me 2 new soap and new slippers all wrapped in plastic in my 5 day stay ...
Also restaurant run out of cocca cola only had zero ...next morning was filled up on minibar with voca cola ???
Asked for upgrade with big balcony ..yes ok ...100 euros more...got than room with smaller balcony ....but no discount of upgrade:-(
Shrimp covtail cramed in small glass ...shrimp first then salat ...impossibility to eat together...stake was lala ...
Service though excellent
Hate when i asked cleaning staff not to shut of electricity in room because you are charging computer and etc and they do it anyway ..take the card key out of socket ...had a room suite but no microwave...had to pay 30 euros extra ???
Had also to pay extra for keeping the car in garage 25 euros per day ???
One thing...they asked me the last day to please pay because the bill was more then they had charged the card and had still on hold ....around 300 euros difference of a 2000 euros bill....like they didn't trust me to pay the day after ...????
