I booked the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with kitchenette. It was like a cute lil apartment. My lil family and I enjoyed it. The pool was under maintenance. Bummer as we were looking forward to it. Otherwise I felt safe and nice are. Good breakfast as well!

bad services

Very bad experience, our company will never choose this hotel again. The company has paid, and when you arrived on the day, you were not the owner of the company credit card. So you could not check in. Wasted 2 hours here. Still could not check in. When you choose not to check in here. Still charged the full amount. This is much less risky than robbing a bank.

BED BUGS!!!

My bed was covered in bed bugs. Took pictures and videos and they didn't do anything but switch my room. Not a word from management or corporate after reporting it to staff. I would not recommend staying here for anyone. The room looked very clean, but was deceiving

Absolutely avoid

We were fooled by the reviews left on the internet.
Very, very bad experience for us.
Upon arrival we find that the pool and spa sound closed for maintenance for more than a month!!!
The lobby is not very inviting but we take possession of the room (103).
Sleeping the sofa is not done (we were 2 adults and one child).
By folding last we discover a mattress stained with stains!!!, the rest of the room is at the come.
In front of such filth and dilapidated we decide to return the keys and change hotel.
Despite several reminders of refund request (from the hotel, Mariott website and hotel.com), the hotel refused to refund us.
In conclusion, Do not rely on positive reviews, old hotel, very dirty, mattress worthy of a dump and dishonest hotel.

Honored our special room requests

We were greeted by Kevin at 2 am with a helpful attitude and smile. We also had great service from the manager Nicholas, who I had emailed in advance of our special room requests. We stayed in a suite and everything was perfectly ready for us thanks to Nicholas.
One of the reasons we pick this hotel when we travel down to southern California is that it is in a good location for stopping and has a full kitchen. We needed the large freezer to refreeze our ice bars for our cooler. I would stay there again.
