Definitely will be back again! Mr. KK was incredibly attentive, and I truly felt the warmth and hospitality from all the staff. The service was exceptional and made my stay so comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was horrible. We went in the last 30 minutes and staff were frantically putting everything away. There was hardly any food left and even a request for butter was denied. The front desk didn’t have any English speaking staff and they were a bit clueless about the coffee freebie included. The rooms are alright but the washlet didnt work properly in the bathroom. I was upgraded from a windowless room (didn’t know it was even a thing) to one with a window but it was still tiny. They request you use something like an Amazon Echo device to ask for room service and it’s all in Chinese. They also got the names of the Mr and Mrs mixed up from the welcome message on the display. I wouldn’t recommend it for people not speaking the local language.

We stayed at six hotels during our two-week business/family vacation travels to Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Taipei. The UrCove tops our list as the best hotel because the facilities are modern (especially the bathrooms), clean, and well equipped. We loved the fully stocked laundry room with no waiting for an empty washer/dryer. The breakfast was excellent, with cooks on hand to prepare custom-ordered dishes, but we are taking time to write this review because of the attention we received from Allen, the registration manager. For some reason our Trip.com registration appeared as canceled in the hotel's registration system. When Allen learned about this, he researched and solved the issue. Thanks for your special attention, Allen!
