غرفة Winfield ممتازة

非常感谢 Hotel Service Persons 已经第二次住问月酒店了 شكرًا لطاقم خدمة Winfield Lau كان ممتازًا. هذه المرة الثانية التي أقمت فيها في هذا الفندق. الفندق فريد من نوعه وأنيق للغاية بالقرب من وسط المدينة ومريح للغاية.

فندق رائع!

جيدة، ولكن يمكن أن تكون أفضل

إننا نعشق فندقك، ولكن يجب تحسين نظافة الغرف؛ فهي مغبرة.
يجب أن تخبر عملائك بأنه لم يعد البار الموجود في الطابق الثالث يقبل نقل رسوم إلى الغرفة. كان عليّ الدفع قبل العودة إلى غرفتي.
وأخيرًا، يجب قطعًا تغيير الخبز في وجبة الإفطار، حيث يتسم بأنه صارم وقاسي.
وجهة مثالية لتناول المعجنات.

We truly value your kind words about our hotel and we apologies that we were failed to meet your expectation in certain area this time and rest assured that our Housekeeper will address the issue accordingly to ensure every room is in good condition for future guests. We also regret the disappointment regarding the billing policy and the breakfast issue at our outsourced restaurant and appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will work with our restaurant to ensure improvement will be made.
