كانت منتجات الحمام مجهزة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (شامبو والصابون) وكذلك منتجات لعلامة تجارية أعشقها (Dove).
قطعًا أحجز في هذا الفندق في المرة القادمة التي أذهب إليها إلى مونتريال

You're right about our reasonable rates - we work hard to provide good value for travelers visiting Montreal. While our rooms maintain a classic style, they aim to provide all the essential comforts our guests need.
We understand your disappointment about the restaurant being closed on New Year's Eve. Like many of our guests, you were looking forward to dining with us during your special holiday stay. Many of our regular guests enjoy the restaurant throughout the year.

لا تتوقع خدمة عملاء محترفة ومتعاونة.
عندما حاولت معالجة المشكلة، لم يظهر فريق العمل أي رغبة في النظر في استثناء أو استرداد أموال خلال هذه الليلة الإضافية. كما أن الطريقة التي يتعاملون فيها مع الوضع جعلتني أشعر بأنني لم أسمعهم أو أنني لم أكن سمعهم. لقد جعلتُ هذا الافتقار إلى التفهم والجهد الذي بذلته لحل هذه المسألة عذرًا للغاية من الرضا. لن أوصي بهذا الفندق لأي شخص يتوقع خدمة عملاء إحترافية وممتعة.
