Ma the will of the hotel staff and despite what he says speaks Portuguese and Spanish never tried to xunderstand us

We are Argentinian Lilian ay Nestor Caligiuri, we stayed from 07/03/25 to 17/03/25, unfortunately we cannot give a good opinion as we were housed in the basement room M17, I went to ask them to change us as I suffer from claustrophobia and the room had a small window q 1 mt or 2 away had a high wall and down the roof of the carport,, x what q we never saw the sun and had no ventilation. We were told 1st that there was no place when the hotel was not full and 2nd that if we paid an extra price they would relocate us , according to them our contract was for that quality of room but also lied since at breakfast we met 5 people from Laprida q had hired at the same price and some were housed on the 3rd floor and others in the basement as us. It is a shame xq we had to endure an ordeal those rooms cannot be enabled for tourists. The rest of the hotel good, simple but good.

Nuestro compromiso es ofrecer un servicio transparente y confortable a todos los huéspedes. Su opinión es muy importante y refuerza nuestra búsqueda de mejoras continuas.
En cuanto a la posibilidad de reubicación, siempre buscamos atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes según la disponibilidad, pero para cambios de categoría, puede haber una diferencia de tarifa, ya que las habitaciones tienen diferentes configuraciones y precios.
Nos alegra saber que apreciaron otros aspectos del hotel y tomamos en serio sus comentarios para seguir mejorando nuestros servicios. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirlos nuevamente en el futuro, para que puedan disfrutar de una experiencia más acorde a sus expectativas.
