Quick cancellation refund

I booked a holiday stay but there was no way to go on that date, I gave up on the sixth day after booking, I asked for the money back and cancellation of the reservation, which was promptly responded to. They were correct in what was previously agreed via WhatsApp.

Terrible

Old hotel, terrible rooms, shower not working, toilet leaking water all night, the curtain in the room fell when I went to close it (a sad night).
The breakfast ok.
The pool area and the pool were very dirty, with some parts even broken.

A scary experience

I define the hotel as a frightening experience. The company stopped in time, became something ghost... There is no up-to-date maintenance and some installations pose a risk to their users. Such as, for example, balconies without adequate protections. The windows give the feeling that they are going to fall down at any moment. lots of rusty things and a breakfast that would put anyone to shame. or from someone responsible for the café who didn't have many people so she wouldn't make eggs, for example. Squeaky beds, air conditioning that sounds like a jackhammer, other guests' hair in the bathroom are part of the hotel's routine. The pool is also a chore to clean.

Good value

Excellent location. Close to beach and shops. Big breakfast with lots of options. It's dated but good value for money. Air conditioning in the room (a bit noisy but works good). The only annoying thing was there were no hooks to hang our towels.

CHRISTMAS FOUR NIGHTS STAY IN DECEMBER 2016.

Location: excelent, 2 blocks alway from the beach. Cortesy: Excelente, the employees were great. Rooms: a disaster, old bulding with poor maintenance, we have to visit 5 rooms to get one with some condition to stay. Even this one there was burned lamps, the bathroom was not realy clean, not because the cleaning lady, but the bathroom conditions. The rooms on the floor 10 are the ones the are in better shape. Mold smell on the lower floors. Breakfast: Horrible, no quality at all. Cold cuts not kept refrigerated on the table, not even on the top of a container with ice. No cover protection for the food, and there were flies around. Price: good for the location and not good for everything else.
