Front staff was super friendly and awesome. The breakfast was great, and they had a lot of little extras that made our stay awesome!

The hotel is very run down. When we got to our room the kitchen towels had food on them, the shower was peeling and dirt in the corners. The pool was out of service and the emergency exit door was open and did not close. They also have a large population of birds living in the trees that you can hear inside and bird poo covering everything outside. Will not be staying here again.

All exterior doors propped open by staff. Glass doors had big cracks. Smelled old as soon as entering the Lobby. The halls smelled like urine/cleaning chemicals. Bugs in the room. Everything old and not well maintained. Food old - bread hard. Drink machines not working.

First room I checked into smelled like raw sewage. 2nd room had dirty dishes in the sink.

This was a trip was a very pleasant experience. Orlando went over and beyond to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed for our stay. One morning they were out of hot water and orange juice, so Orlando got us some hot water for our hot chocolate and oatmeal. Then, he offered my friend some orange juice. Also, had a nice conversation with the sweet lady who maintained the breakfast buffet. Even though we were translating from our apps on our phones, we managed with a good conversation. It's the small acts of kindness that goes a long way and it builds a solid business rapport with customers and hotel management. We will definitely be back.
One thing that I would like Staybridge to consider, please put towel racks in the bathroom. Where should your quest put their bath towels after they use them? Towel racks are a necessity. Thank you
