Wonderful Stay!!

My husband and I scheduled an all too rare night away. We'd never stayed at The Wilshire Grand Hotel before. It was geographically close to where we live and the reviews looked promising. To our pleasant surprise the rates were comparable to Hilton (which we usually stay at). We booked a king size bed room. Upon arrival we were told they upgraded us to a Suite. It was a lovely surprise! We were spoiled with the suite - the living room, kitchenette, large soak in tub, spacious bathroom w/ multiple jets shower, etc. It was such a great accommodation, and break from our day to day life, we were disappointed we were only there for one night!! Thank you to the management for the surprise upgrade. We can't wait for our next stay!!

Jingle all the way!

As I’m writing this review .. I’m seating in the cozy area where the fireplace is located and I’m relaxing with a coffee on the sofa while looking at this beautiful Xmas tree!
The hotel is close to the airport! The room is just huge and beautiful and the atmosphere overall is festive!
For bfast I had my first waffle - made on spot! The staff is lovely and want to thank you for all their help and smiles!
Only one day here but love it and recommend it!

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, in a long time. Great food nearby. Beautiful setting. Fresh linen with decorative touches. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, which is important. We really enjoyed our stay. I took pictures of the room we stayed in, but the app to load them wasn't working.

Room was comfortable but noisy. we could hear toilets flushing & showers running pretty loudly. Enough to wake you from your sleep. everything else was a good experience

Front desk staff varied from excellent to not so great. I asked for two extra pillows over the course of 48 hours 6 times, with no luck. The last time I inquired, I was told they had no more pillows and then asked why I hadn’t asked to speak with a manager. A little bit frustrating. Granted, It was a busy weekend for them. Shower faucets were a bit finicky. We also booked a room with a jacuzzi, and didn’t get that. Place was clean, quiet, toilets/showers worked. Breakfast was plentiful. Price was right.
