First visit
First time visiting and had a wonderful time. Everywhere is so clean. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Tracy, Julie, Juan, Alex, Tranya, Paco our lovely cleaning lady and all the others. Sorry can’t remember you all. Lovely huge balcony to sit and relax. Pool snack bar and restaurant great food. Pizzas amazing. Also the baileys coffee. The two Davids who run the entertainment were brilliant. So good we have booked again for next year.

Great family of 5 holiday
Great apartments, a little dated but clean.
We had a 2 bedroomed apartment room 101, great location in thw complex.
Staff friendly and a special shout out to the 2 David's. They worked day and night and kept us all entertained. Great games during the day and got everyone involved. Not pushy if you didn't want to join in.
Food lush and the lattes are amazing. Reasonable priced too.
Not too far from the resort centre and an aldi 5mins away to get stocked up.
Definitely recommend these apartments and cala millor

Amazing place with the best staff!
Just came home from a 11 day stay. Will start with the positives.... cristina apartments are spotless and so welcoming!Yes apartments are a bit out dated but they are spacious, clean, well looked after, let's be honest you only use the rooms to sleep and get ready. They had a smart tv so if kids want to chill for a bit you can log into netflix or youtube! We had maids in on a regular basis changing towels, emptying the bins and changing bedding which was refreshing as on other holidays weve been on sometimes you are left 4 or 5 days without even a towel being changed. Staff are all lovely. Very helpful receptionists and bar staff. The bar staff on a night are great!! The pool area is lovely. Music on during the day (not too loud) and the entertainment staff (who are also lovely) do try to get stuff going for the kids but I would love to see some more water based activities for them then my kids would've joined in more. Food is absolutely stunning! Never had a bad meal there! Had breakfasts and lunches but ate out on a night time. Nighttime from around 9.30 they do bingo then its normaly a quiz or a live singer! Great nights had by all and i definitely woke up with a sore head on a few occassions from their amazing cocktails!! Onto the negatives.... SUNBEDS! Never in my 40 years of life have I had to stay with my towel at a resort. So basically we were having to set alarms everyday to get a sunbed (not something you want to do on holiday but needs must) the issue is you can't leave your towel! So we were going out at 7am to get a bed then we would have to stay there for 3 hours as towels could not be left alone till 10. Our first day we went out at 7, placed our towels and then came back to bed for an hour after a long journey... when we went back out our towels had gone and other people were in our space and to be honest we jumped to conclusions and thought they had moved our towels which could've ended up in an argument! No it was the staff..thats when we learnt the towel rule! So we were without a sunbed till after lunch! Also the pool is 10 till 6 opening... at 6pm it was still boiling hot and the kids would've benefited from maybe another hour. This is down to the fact a life guard is needed now so can only work certain hours.
Overall cala millor is lovely... a lot busier than I thought it would be. But at the cristina you are tucked away from the chaos. The beaches are stunning ... you have a huge Aldi about a 5 min walk away. No local water parks but you can book with the staff which cost us 211 euros. This included park admission and the transfer to and from the park on a tuesday or thursday. This was 2 adults and 14 year old and 11 year old. We went to aqua land which was amazing and highly recommend if you have dare devil kids like mine. Going in peek season it was busy and ended up having to pay a further 120 euros for fast track pass or they would've been queuing all day but it was so worth it! Think it took us about an hour 20 mins to get there. The beach front has the best places to eat! We tried a different place every night and didn't have a bad meal! Very impressed. Theres super markets, shops everything you need in the town and when you get to the beach front you have a short walk into cala bona which is also lovely!
The apartments have a lot of regulars who come back year after year and they all made us so welcome and made some great friends! There are quite a few cats and even a couple of litters of kittens who were all extremely friendly and if you are an animal lover like me this won't be an issue, but they honestly dont bother you unless you make of fuss of them. 1 cat even came into our apartment for breakfast every morning but was well cared for and even had a collar. Overall we have had the best holiday as a family of 4. We got used to the sunbed situation as time went on. I would definitely come back. It was safe for the kids and we felt extremely comfortable. Not sure why its rated as a 2 star and I purely think this is down to the fact there's no lift etc. Thank you cristina for an unforgettable holiday!

Recommended!
Although we didn't stay at the Cristina, the staff were happy to allow me and my husband access as visitors for a couple of days to join a large family party who were staying in the appartments. As other reviewers have noted, the appartments are a little dated but seem very clean and functional. The pool is the warmest I've ever been in, literally like a bath! We enjoyed lunch there and the food was excellent and very reasonable priced. The staff are lovely and very hard working. The entrance to the hotel is gorgeous, very simple and all white - like coming into a beautiful beach house. It would be great if this theme carried through to the appartments. I can see why the Cristina is so loved by our family who come back as repeat guests as often as they can :) Thank you for allowing us to share some special sunny days with our family at your hotel.
