Please note that as part of security checks My-Places requires the card holder to be present at check-in, in order to verify the card details supplied at the time of booking. Please note that due to the COVID pandemic we are requesting important information be sent to us digitally, this is to speed up our check-in process and cut down on contact. A nominal fee will be added to your invoice for cleaning fees, these fees are variable and are based on length of stay and size of the room. For health and safety purposes, rooms are extensively cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of all guests. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay. The outstanding balance can be made via bank transfer within 7 days before arrival.
