Terrible nights sleep, hard bed forcing us to roll into the middle of the mattress. Assume bed broken in the middle

We did not stay at the hotel due to an emergency. However, when we sent a message to cancel our booking, the staff was very helpful and did not charge us any fees, even though we canceled on the same day as our check-in.

My stay was very good, I liked the breakfast service and the quality of the food and coffees. The room is clean and tidy but very small to accommodate two adults and two children. The air conditioning keeps stops frequently and we felt hot overnight. I still recommend it and it’s good value for money. The location is perfect for those who want to go to Newport or Cardiff as it’s less than quarter of a mile from the motorway.
