يرجى إبلاغ Leatherback Lodge Eco B&B بشكل مسبق بوقت وصولك المتوقع. بإمكانك استخدام حقل الطلبات الخاصة أثناء عملية الحجز أو يمكنك التواصل مع مكان الإقامة مباشرةًً من خلال معلومات التواصل المذكورة في تأكيد الحجز. سيطلب من الضيوف عند تسجيل الوصول إظهار بطاقة هوية تحتوي على صورة شخصية وبطاقة ائتمان. يرجى ملاحظة أن جميع الطلبات الخاصة ستكون رهناً بالتوافر وقد تستلزم تكاليف إضافية. يطلب عمل دفعة من خلال تحويل بنكي قبل الوصول. سيقوم مكان الإقامة بالتواصل معك بعد عملية الحجز لإبلاغك بأية تعليمات عن التحويل البنكي. يقع مكان الإقامة هذا في منطقة سكنيّة، لذا يتوجّب على الضيوف الامتناع عن إصدار الضجيج والأصوات العالية. بما أن مكان الإقامة هذا غير مخدّم بالمواصلات العامّة، ننصحك بإحضار عربتك الخاصة. لا يستضيف مكان الإقامة حفلات توديع العزوبية للرجال فقط أو النساء فقط أو الحفلات المشابهة. يتّخذ مكان الإقامة هذا حالياً إجراءات إضافية للحفاظ على السلامة والتعقيم، وذلك نظراً للوضع الحالي المتعلق بفيروس كورونا (كوفيد - 19). وفقاً للإرشادات الحكومية للحد من انتقال فيروس كورونا (كوفيد - 19)، لا يستقبل مكان الإقامة هذا ضيوفاً من دول معيّنة في التواريخ التي تطبّق خلالها هذه الإرشادات. Upon receiving a booking guest have a 24-48 hour period depending on the date of arrival, to make the first nights' deposit from the date of payment request via Paypal or Direct Deposit from the Leatherback Lodge. There is no facility for Credit Card or Debit Card payments, payments must be made with US or TT cash. Bookings can be cancelled by the Leatherback Lodge if there is failure to making a deposit. Guest may or may not be informed of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable. All guests are required to communicate with the Leatherback Lodge via email or telephone for clarification of any questions, concerns or special requests. The Leatherback Lodge B&B provides just 1 Main Course Local Dinner & Dessert per night at US$30.00 per person. Eating in the bedrooms is prohibited. There is a US$5.00 charge per person for the use of the dining table and eating utensils for those wishing to bring take-out. The property requests previous notification for Breakfast and Dinner and notification of any food or other allergies. Guests arriving at the Leatherback Lodge and decides to cut short their stay will be required to pay the full amount of the days booked. There are House Guidelines in each room to read.
