Excellent experience

Everything perfect, very attentive and friendly, the spectacular room, the unlimited spa , arrive for dinner and find us a detail in bed... breakfast was not bad, you could order hot dishes if you wanted, the truth is that we loved it.
We'll be back.

Improveable

We went on a spa getaway with friends and a little dog, we had to take the Junior Suite room. As for the hotel infrastructures it is very modern and elegant but we found several points to improve. The spa pool was not warm enough to be comfortable and more so in winter season. The spa space quite limited, 2 small hot tubs and two saunas, which you had to wait for turn to be there. The room highlighted bed 2 x 2 but it turned out to be two single beds together and also had only a high bathtub which had no screen or curtain and you had to shower sitting so as not to wet the whole room, and still everything was wet. Even knowing that we were 3 adults, we had 2 armchairs on the terrace without the possibility of acquiring another.
Overall, for a 5-star categorized hotel, it left us much to be desired.

This time a bad experience

We were already clients on several occasions but this time we went with friends to enjoy the experience and worse we could not meet...
First the heated pool at the spa was NOT working (they could have warned when booking and we would have changed dates).
Afterwards while we waited for dinner in the restaurant we were waiting in the room where the TV is to have a drink while we went to dinner and we never got noticed, and to finish we wanted to watch a football game that they televised and were not able to connect the TV, a disaster!!
It's supposed to be a 5* hotel
Oh and I forgot, we had 3 rooms reserved and on the way to the hotel we called to see if there was the possibility of checking in any of them early to enjoy more time of the spa, and in very BAD WAYS, we were told that we did not need to arrive before 16h why no room would be ready!!
Honestly, why I was already meeting friends, otherwise I wouldn't have canceled everything.
Too bad the truth, with how well it had gone on previous occasions

Tranquility and relaxation

Hotel totally recommended.....for tranquility, the spa, the indoor pool....the food, the attention received and the intimacy you feel in the hotel, you have no problems parking, the flexibility of hours for the spa and pool......it is appreciated not having to be subject to a schedule......you will be pleasantly surprised
