One of the best meals I've ever had

We only came here for dinner but based on the stellar food and atmosphere I absolutely plan on coming back for a stay here. The dinner we had was not only one of the best we had during our trip, it was one of the best meals I've ever had period. I was blown away by the flavors and freshness of the food. And the whole place was so relaxing and beautiful. Can't wait to come back!

Magnificent experience, enriched by sensational cuisine

A lovely place, where from the first moment you feel greeted by warm smiles and let yourself be pampered for the entire stay. The cuisine is simply extraordinary, with fresh products at km 0, which enhance every dish. During our stay, we had the pleasure of participating in a cooking class, an experience that we particularly enjoyed. Staying in such a special place might incur a slightly higher cost than other options, but it is absolutely worth it. It is an investment that pays off with unforgettable memories that will remain in your heart forever. Maybe it's worth giving up another holiday to enjoy a few days in this corner of paradise. Sincere congratulations for creating such a magical place, with a focus on sustainability, healthy cuisine and those values that are often lost in the frenzy of everyday life. Thank you very much for the wonderful days you gave us, also from our two dogs who had a great time here:)

We had a huge spider in our room

Cooking class was nice but recipes never provided despite being promised and several requests. Can’t recreate at home.

This is a review of the cooking class with Marta. While the class was lovely and we enjoyed being outdoors, we asked Marta several times via email, as she had promised us during the class, for the recipes for dishes we made together. She didn’t provide them or respond. The whole point of attending the class was to learn vegan recipes I could recreate at home in the US, but I don’t have even general recipes to work from. I would recommend a different vegan class that will allow you to enjoy what you learn to cook while you are back home.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We are happy to know that you enjoyed your cooking class with us. We are really sorry for the recipes. As explained by e-mail our chef discovered sometime after your cooking class that she was pregnant and she had to stop working. In all that situation she forgot to send you the recipes and to communicate us about that. I hope that you finally received the recipes we sent you by email the last fall.
