Worst hotel I have ever been.
I will start for good side because it will be short:
- nice room,
- close to sea site and restaurants,
- good and quiet AC
That's all!!!
What was wrong:
- personel loose our booking of the room which was paid in advance.
- personel doesn't speak English,
- after I received information that they don't have my reservation, receptionist start to play phone, doesn't even want to help me,
- when I asked to call main office or manager to check if somewhere is my reservation he give me number to manager and told 'You call',
- after few attempts manager pick the phone, after conversation they gave me key to the room.
- in evening they call me twice to show conformation from hotels.com where I made reservation.
- rooms are not quiet. During the night I hear all noises from other rooms,
- room with sea view was a room with view on the Bea site but between hotel and Bea is another hotel,
-at 11.45 PM, one employee start to knock to my room, he woke me up. He gave me piece of paper with English sentence, sent email to this person... @...
When I ask what email he didn't answer. He didn't speak English.
-I need to asked twice to receive breakfast. When I call second time after 30min they said sorry we forgot.
- breakfast should be continental. What I received was not available to eat. It was few pieces of Arabic bread, few pieces of vegetables, two small jams and something what smells terrible. I didnt even tried it.
I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS HOTEL. IT IS TERRIBLE.

Zacznę od plusów, ponieważ jest ich mniej:
- dość ładny pokój,
- dobra lokalizacja,
- cicha klimatyzacja,
I to tyle....
Minusy:
- zgubili rezerwację, która była wykupiona i z góry placona przez hotels.com,
- obsługa nie rozmawia po angielsku,
- po rządaniu rozmowy z managerem (telefonicznej, ponieważ nie było go na obiekcie), recepcjonistka powiedzial: You call. Po czym dał mi numer,
-po rozmowie z managerem dali mi klucz do pokoju, ale wieczorem 2 razy prosili o podejście do lobby,
- słabo wyciszone pokoje, nie mogłem spać poprzez krzycząc dzieci kilka pokoi dalej,
- pokój z widokiem sea view, okazał się pokojem z widokiem na stronę zatoki, na budynek który został wybudowany pomiędzy hotelem, a zatoką.
- o godzinie 23.55 do pokoju zaczął dobijać się jeden z pracowników, dał mi kartkę, na której pisało łamaną angielszczyzna, że nie wysłałem jakiegoś maila. Jakiego, nie był w stanie mi powiedzieć, ponieważ nie mówił po angielsku!!!
- rano poprosiłem o śniadanie, po 30 min musiałem się przypomnieć ponieważ zapomnieli.
- śniadanie w opisie widniało jako kontynentalne, natomiast to co dostaliśmy nie nadawało się do zjedzenia. Dwa placki chleba arabskiego z supermarketu, plus 2 dzemy, paskudne w smaku, kilka plasterkow warzyw oraz jakąś potrawę, która smierdzila na pół metra. Generalnie nie tknąłem tego paskudztwa.
NIE POLECAM TEGO HOTELU.
