Fantastic break by the sea
This was the second time we stayed in a C-house and we were absolutely delighted. The location right by the sea is fantastic, the houses are clean and well-equipped. The terrace and all the outdoor seating and lounging options are great, and the luggage service was super nice. There are various nice beach huts within walking distance, but you don't really want to leave.

الحق على الشاطئ--ولكن ليس حقا مناسبة للأطفال الصغار
هل تريد الذهاب لسباحة سريعة في البحر قبل الإفطار ومشاهدة غروب الشمس من الشرفة الخاصة بك على الشاطئ؟ لقد وجدت المكان المناسب في جنوب هولندا (والتشيرين، زيلاند)!
المنازل قليلاً (أو بالأحرى من أكواخ) هياكل الصلب الحديثة مع المدرجات فسيحة ومريح المقدمة الحق على الشاطئ--الكثبان الرملية وراء لك والشاطئ على نطاق واسع وبحر الشمال أمامك.
ومع ذلك، هنا هي الجوانب السلبية:-أكواخ 10 قريبة جداً من بعضها، فإنه يمكن أن تكون صاخبة جداً في المساء.
-وبصرف النظر عن الشرفة، ضئيلة المنازل.
-غرفة نوم غرفة نوم لا، بل هو فقط قليلاً من الفضاء تحت السقف، وهي مفتوحة للغرفة الرئيسية (المطبخ، المعيشة والطعام، غرفة نوم رئيسية الكل في واحد)، ومن ارتفاع الزحف، ويمكن الوصول إليها عبر سلم، أي فقط مناسبة للأطفال الأكبر سنا. هذه القاعة بباب، وهو مفتوح للغرفة الرئيسية.
-لم تنجح غسالة صحون و (مالك ودية للغاية) مريم أخبرنا أنهم سيضطرون إلى إزالتها تماما، كما أنها التعامل مع الرمال.
-950 من يورو أسبوعيا تتوقعون أفضل من الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، على أي إمدادات من هاندواش/الصابون وورق التواليت ومنشفه شاي واحد أو أكثر.

Way too expensive and only at the right time!!
After our first stay last September, the two of us spent 10 days in one of the "renovated" houses to really relax.
This plan went completely wrong, to say the least!!
The house on the right with a family with 3 teenagers who were partying until late at night and on the other side two families with four small children and a selection of beach toys... unbelievable!
It is impossible to sit quietly on the bench and watch the sunset because the balls are flying around your ears! Consideration is a foreign word!
If you want a quiet holiday, you should definitely book outside of school holidays and public holidays or long weekends.
Another negative thing we noticed during this longer stay was the inadequate facilities: the kitchen was completely inadequate, there were no wine glasses, no deck chairs or parasols (we rented them separately), the renovated bathrooms were completely under water after showering, there were no cupboards, the mattresses were worn out, and the heating/air conditioning only worked moderately well. Overall, the price for these houses is completely over the top, but the location is unbeatable. We won't be coming here again.

Relaxing family holiday on the beach
We really enjoyed our stay in the house on the beautiful beach between Domburg and Westkapelle.
The children were happy and played with other children in the sand and by the water.
We were able to relax on the terrace with a view of the wide beach and the sea. The furniture on the veranda is great, you can sit outside behind glass until late in the evening, protected from the wind.
Domburg is just a few minutes away by bike. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and a large supermarket here.
The furnishings could be supplemented with a few things. A nice dining table, wine glasses, a few more plates, etc. but otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped.
We will definitely come back again and will fondly remember the relaxing time!

Great location, very bad service!
I was there for the 14th time. With beautiful weather it is a great (but expensive) location. Fortunately, this year the weather was nice. You must count everything (plates, bowls, cutlery) in advance and indicate if it is not complete, otherwise it will be deducted immediately from your deposit. Even if you indicate that things are missing, you get a surly answer. I did not receive everything I requested. The owner's sons wear headphones and barely make contact. I haven't seen the owner himself at all this year. Even after I pointed out to him that the cleaning was really insufficient, I did not hear anything from him. The sons pointed out that the curtains were not hanging properly. The answer: oh, we will do that on Friday (the day we left again). Very poor even clumsy communication. You pay a lot for little service. That was much better in the early years. Because the prices are now going up even further, 2600 euros for 1 week, I am definitely dropping out. Too bad because it is a prime location, but I now get the feeling that money is mainly being raked in.
