The room was decent, albeit very old. There was a bird right outside my window that kept me up all night. Nice balcony, but there is a large gap at the bottom of the sliding doors where bugs can get in. Beautiful pool! but too small for so many guests. Very close to the main strip in Rawai which is nice, but not close to a beach you can swim in. Overall very nice if you are not a beach person.

There was a leaky aircon in a room with a view directly into another building. Since we booked two identical rooms at the same price and the one was so much better than the other, this was very disappointing. Staff were not helpful, just tossing a towel over the wet area and turning the temperature up every time they came to clean the room. Other than that it’s a decent place to stay.

Cozy room, good bed, a lot of trees on the territory, nice swimming pool but no possible to swim in the sea- the beach is very dirty

The hotel is beautiful in a super convenient spot at Rawai beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. The shower is good. There are two garden pools but I felt the chlorine level in the pool was over the standard amount. They provide breakfast which is good for the price paid. I will definitely go back next to this hotel next time in Rawai.

The service was terrible. Some employees need training about racial discrimination. If you are racist your place is not in the hotel industry. The management needs to address that issue. Calling a black person a devil or phantom 👻 is very disrespectful.Its not a laughing matter. Refusing to serve someone because of their skin color is not acceptable. After staying at several hotels in Bangkok Meet Holiday is a very bad memory. How in world you pick and choose who to gives a clean towels?
