Comfortable and quiet
It has been a long time since I wrote a review, but the Sunseeker Holiday Complex is a property that deserves it; it is family-run but with several employees, all calm and kind, with a very central location in Bugibba, a stone's throw from the lively seafront square surrounded by venues, but which at the same time is on a quiet street suitable for afternoon and nighttime rest. Their rooftop and snack bar is also worth a visit to look at the view. Welcoming lobby with excellent air conditioning.
In general, I give it a solid 8.

Excellent location
We stayed here for 10 nights.
Excellent location for exploring Malta.
30 second walk from sea front and harbour.
Right next to all bars, cafes, restaurants, bus station, shops, chemist, takeaways and supermarkets.
Local pickups for trips further away are at the Seaview Hotel, 15 second walk from here.

Bring some black bin bags.
Weather very hit and miss at the moment.
We had a one bedroom apartment with dining/kitchen. Very well equipped.
Including full sized oven, microwave, fridge freezer.
Shower, private bathroom.
Ceiling fan and heating
Hairdryers for the ladies and large motor and wardrobe.
Small balcony. Very clean rooms. Towel change every TWO days. Sheets every 4 days.
Excellent WiFi connection-free
Staff are super polite.
Indoor heated pool, roof top open air pool/terrace area.
24 hour reception
Check in super smooth
Small washing line and a few pegs.
Table and chairs on the balcony
Suitable for buggies and those with mobility issues.
Laundrette on site, fitness room and sauna.
Limited parking if you are hiring a car. It is worth noting you can use blue badges here and they also drive on the left.
We had a private transfer from the airport and took approx 20mins.
Note this hotel is super quiet, so those of you wanting a bit more going on, this may not be for you.
Explore, do trips, get buses, walk to the aquarium. Walk down side streets.
Highly recommend a visit to Mdina via a tour operator.
Check out is 11am, so if you have a late flight, check with reception as you may be able to keep your room on.
Request a high floor and Seaview to get the best from this property.

Top choice for families.
We stayed in this aparthotel and were extremely satisfied. The true strength is the family management: all the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, reminiscent of another era. The free luggage storage service after check-out was also excellent, allowing us to fully enjoy the last hours on the island without worries. The location is strategic: the property is situated on a very quiet side street, yet in just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the promenade and the main square of Bugibba. Moreover, the central bus station is about a 10-minute walk, very convenient for exploring the entire island. The apartments are spacious, bright, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The common areas offer fantastic services: the beautiful rooftop panoramic pool with a bar (perfect in summer), the very useful heated indoor pool, and there is also a nice mini game room with billiards, foosball, and darts, ideal for some relaxation. Overall, it is an excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable, clean, and independent property in Malta with a great value for money. Recommended!

Deepak made our holiday unforgettable!
The hotel is in a great location,2 mins walk from the promenade with lots of bars and restaurants
The reception and bar area is very nice and looks to have been recently refurbished
Other parts of the hotel appear a little tired
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a sofa bed and fridge but the balcony was in need of renovation
Housekeeping need to pay a little more attention to detail as marks on table were missed
Breakfast, although the same choices every day,was enjoyable and the staff were excellent
The rooftop pool is lovely with plenty of comfortable sunbeds
On our return to the hotel in the evenings we would have a nightcap at the bar where Deepak was on duty and is a friendly helpful guy
He is from Hyderabad and when we told him that we had been there he offered to make us Hyderabadi biryani for our dinner on our last night
And it was delicious!!

Great stay, highly recommend
Sunseeker hotel was really great overall. We stayed in a triple room and it had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean, especially with the extra space on the sofa. It was good value for money (we went for a week) with breakfast included which was very good. It can be limited but if you’re not fussy it’s everything you need, tastes lovely, and filled us up for our days exploring the islands. The staff were so friendly and happy to cook my boyfriends eggs to his liking every morning! We rented a car, and parking can get busy but there’s loads of spaces in the streets beside. The hotel staff were always very helpful and friendly. The noise level was good and atmosphere was nice, people sit in the lobby and relax. The pool can get very busy but if you are out and about most days you can time it well. The gym was limited but can get a good workout in. The sauna is a lovely addition, we only used it once but very nice to have. There are cats that have beds out the front of the hotel and wonder about the street, they are very well looked after, are friendly when you win them over with treats so if you are a fan of cats it’s a excellent addition :)
