Breathtaking Views

We stayed for 2 nights wish it was more. The hotel is a chateau on the side of a mountain with breathtaking views with original features so you have to expect the layout to be different from a conventional hotel.The staff were great. I have limited mobility as they knew beforehand. I was on the first floor (17 steps) with the shallowest step into the bathroom on our floor. The bathroom is across the corridor, but it’s no more than 2 small steps across the landing. The rooms are immaculately clean. We had a small balcony overlooking mountains. The views were out of this world. The bathroom is large and also immaculately clean. You are applied with bath robes and slippers. Breakfast was plentiful with cold meat, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh warm bread and croissants served on the veranda overlooking the mountains. . Service was outstanding as was the fondue we had for dinner would highly recommend staying here.

We were pleasantly surprised that Hammer was basically hotel for hikers and was located high up a narrow mountain road. We had a private bathroom and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves the mountains

The hotel was empty shd have upgrade us to a lower floor room, good if have offer us or ask us to upgrade. To get a bigger room.
Night light very scary , sensor not sensitive.
But overall the scenery was breathtaking no doubt.
No regret at all.
