I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition.
One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a parking spot.
Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. The cleanliness and parking situation really set this hotel apart from others in the area.

A budget hotel with very bad wifi !
A basic hotel, suitable really for 1 or 2 nights. On the plus side, the room was spacious with comfy beds and the kitchenette with fridge was a real bonus. The negatives - souless, small pool area, not the most attractive surroundings (between 2 roads).
Just about walking distance to town but ideally you need a car. One real gripe was the poor wifi - this is 2024 so surely the wifi should be fairly reliable ??!!

About right...
Decent welcome, arrived at 6pm and apartment not ready when it is from 3pm! Clean linen, bed base twisted, the person following the interview had to replace us. Air conditioning OK, tiny dishwasher. The bathrooms were clean. The pool is not great... The water lines are not cleaned and the skimmers very dirty... The water is always whitish and the bottom is not specially sucked.

I don't understand the positive reviews but that's up to everyone. A misleading hotel that shows superb photos but which do not reflect reality. My friends stayed at this residence and my god the description! No double bed but a twin studio (2 single beds) with foam mattresses so soft that you could feel the slats of the extremely noisy box spring. The refrigerator with moldy gaskets and questionable cleanliness (is it so old?), the hotplate that my friend didn't dare turn on. Damaged furniture with the veneer peeling off, the dirty complaints, the small shower with plastic walls that slide and are not waterproof, the bathroom flooded after 1 use, the moldy silicone seals... Filthy. A swimming pool where 5 people were swimming and which already seemed more than full (small for a hotel with more than 100 apartments) but hey, it has the merit of being there.
On the other hand, the magnificent view of the Black Mountain and clean linen was the only pleasure of this stay because at €130 per studio for one night excluding breakfast and tourist tax, it's a bit of a scam.
It's a shame that the zero rating doesn't have the lowest rating because that's really what I would have given.

End-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. When booking 5 rooms or for more than 12 people or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in the hotel. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure.
