Amazingly large apartment, large bathroom with deep bath, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine.
Super quiet and clean.

My whole stay was easy and magnificent. Free (secure) parking, easy walking distance to the lake, old (and new) Kingston and Manuka and close to eateries.
My room had a bathtub (luxe!) and ample space for just me. There was a full-sized fridge which was super handy for leftover storage, and a coffeepod machine.
The whole room was super well appointed and I can't wait to come back to stay.
Staff were friendly and attentive.

1/ Breakfast. Too long waiting time. I had to pay but had to leave before the breakfast was served… They don’t have a buffet where you can quickly grab some food and a coffee and go. No you have to wait until somebody comes and then order and wait. For me breakfast is 10mn max. I left after 25mn without having eaten…
2/ The restaurant is too noisy. Impossible to find a quiet place. Speakers everywhere and hard material echoing…
3/ Complex order intake. You need to order from two different t counter for food and drinks, which is making you queue twice…but then when you want to order a coffee and queue at the drink counter, they will ask you to queue at the food counter…. What’s the logic???
4/ I orde a bottle of Champagne at $130 on their table app, but order would not proceed, so I went to the counter and they said the app was promotional and I need to pay $150 at the counter… not logic
