The Best Experience

As a tour guide, this was the most enjoyable and my favorite hotel I saw in Albania. It's a family business, the employees are both bosses and workers, so if you ever find yourself in this area, this should be the first place you stay.

Decent hotel with amazing views

I stayed here as part of a tour group. The welcome by the reception staff was good. The rooms spacious, with wifi and tv. The highlight is the balcony with a magnificent view overlooking the famous bridges. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and the shower was good (shower gel and shampoo provided). Breakfast was buffett style and by far the best out of the other places we had stayed in Algeria. Overall, this is a decent and affordable option.

Unfortunately not

Despite the kindness of the girls at reception, the hotel is not a 4 star. It’s dirty, the staff is not attentive: the breakfast buffet without dishes or tucking what is finished. The room had only two towels in the shower room, neither the small ones, nor the shower mat. They did not clean the room! Nor did they give us the requested towels.
I don’t know the level of other hotels in Costantine, but this one doesn’t live up to international standards

A satisfactory stay.

Our itinerary had this down as The Panorama Hotel but it turned out to be Protea .
The room was rather small and the bathroom could be cleaner but there was a balcony with a magnificent view overlooking the famous bridges,
The reception staff were good and helpful and we had a good breakfast. The evening meal menu was limited but they do have wine .

The most amazing view!

This hotel was previously a Marriott and is now a bit run down, but with the view it has, if you have a bridge facing room, there is honestly nowhere else to stay you should stay in Constantine. The room was comfortable and staff super friendly but it is the view which makes it so amazing.
