This is decent accommodation that is located centrally. Staff was helpful and welcoming. It felt safe.
It's giving Motel 6 vibes. Similar style and color, everything was a bit run down. TV didn't work, and the knob to adjust cooling was broken.

The hotel is okay for a quick stay. The only issue is that they would not allow my friends to visit the room. It was the World Cup and we wanted to meet before the game and the security basically told us that we could not have guests over in our room. We ended up going to Novotel to watch the game, but it really put a damper on our mood. If guests are not allowed they should have told us when we arrived and checked in. I would not stay here again and would stay at Marriot.

Pleasure, tranquility, reunions.

1 - The pleasure of returning home after a long absence, not to Constantine but to your home.
2 - Tranquility, silence, and discretion are always present.
3 - Reunions, I am speaking of Ms. Wissem, always in a good mood, smiling, and delighted to see me again after my absence; she makes you feel at home with a magnificent welcome without checking the reservation history; she knows I have stayed at this establishment, while at the reception, I was treated like an ordinary client, just a passing guest. My children adore her; she takes great care of them. Wissam has made a lasting impression on my daughter with her kindness and small gestures. Bravo!
Of course, we must not forget the boss, Mr. Fayçal from the bar; he is now assigned to the restaurant. Similarly, he is a classy man present for the clients. Bravo! As always, I was delighted to see him again.
I recommend asking for both Wissem and Fayçal upon your arrival; they are gems of the staff.

This hotel asked me to pay cash, which was what I wanted. I paid them at arrival and everything was good, so I did not even ask for a receipt. HUGE mistake as they charged me for the room over my card anyway and this way I have paid twice. I did complain through Hotels.com and I just got the answer that "After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver"...

Ibis in name only...

Old and maintenance-free structure. Air conditioning not working (room 403), bathroom drain blocking, floor in a pitiful state... too bad it deviates so much from the ibis standard.
