فندق رائع في موقع مثالي.

فندق رائع. أثاث جيد مع تشيسترفيلدز وألواح خشبية. كانت الغرفة نظيفة ومجهزة جيدا. كان الموقع مركزيًا جدًا لجميع المطاعم والشريط الرئيسي. لقد كان موظف الاستقبال سامية وودودة. فى المجمل إقامة جيدة للغاية وعرضنا تخزين حقيبتنا بينما ذهبنا في رحلة لمدة ثلاثة أيام.

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal!! I fell a little in love with the girls at the front desk ((Ola, Marcella, and Estella). They were SO positive, kind, welcoming, and helpful! Fabiola at breakfast is also FABULOUS!
The hotel is super cool! It's both modern and comfortable. It's located in a pedestrian zone filled with shops and restaurants. The bus stop is also an easy walk. A tourist information center is also an easy walk.
Highly recommend!

Hotel worth the stay, but there are plenty of other cafes and restaurants worth the visit in Shkroder.

The hotel was a good experience, the room was clean and modern, with a great view of the city. The restaurant, however, was not a shining star. The server was indifferent to us and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We were trying to give her the benefit of the doubt due to the language barrier, but she generally made us feel like we were unwelcome. The complementary breakfast was traditional, but not to our liking. I think after being in numerous family owned cafes and restaurants in Albania, the experience left us lacking.

We really enjoyed it, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, very comfortable bed. Excellent balcony to sit and have coffee or tea, and well located hotel for visiting the downtown area.

Visit to quickly forget

The worst hotel we have experienced in our experience. Instead of the flamed 4 stars, they are worth up to 2 stars. Staff are also compliant with the maximum of 2 stars. Breakfast is very moderate. Rooms have overdue maintenance. Cleaning will only be done if you specify. Dramatic!
